2. Product Information
We make every effort to display accurate descriptions, prices, and photos of our products. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen resolution and lighting.
Note: Measurements are approximate and provided in size charts.
3. Order Process
• Orders can be placed via website, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
• Once placed, orders cannot be edited.
• Order confirmation will be shared via SMS, email, or message.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4 Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash
all payments must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payment must be completed before dispatch (except for COD orders).
5. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
• Delivery may take 5-8 business days depending on location.
• Shipping charges apply and are displayed at checkout.
• Delays may occur due to weather, courier, or public holidays.
We use reliable courier services (e.g., TCS, Leopards, etc.).
6. Returns & Exchanges
Exchanges will only be accepted in case where the fault is on our side. Otherwise, (No exchange or return) will be accepted.

• The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Refunds (if approved) are processed via bank transfer or store credit within 7 working days.
7. Cancellations
• Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
• For COD orders, failure to receive or return may result in a ban from future orders.
8. Intellectual Property
All images, logos, designs, and content on our website and social media are the intellectual property of [Rangeendhaage]. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect or consequential loss
• Delays caused by third-party courier services
• Errors in delivery due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
